1. Create a brand
Everything in the product belongs to a brand: connections, the calendar, the inbox, reports. Open Brands and create one per client (or one for yourself). A Solo plan carries three brands and one seat; Growth carries twenty-five brands and ten seats; Scale is unlimited. The Brands page tells you when you are near the limit before you hit it.
2. Connect a network
From the brand's settings, open Connections and connect the profiles it publishes to. Connecting needs the brand_manage permission on that brand; agency owners and admins have it everywhere. Each network has its own guide in the "Connecting networks" group.
3. Invite the team
Settings → Team is the agency roster. Inviting colleagues is part of the Growth plan. Each person gets an agency role (owner, admin or member), optionally a content role, and then brand roles on the brands they work on — see the roles guide for what each one allows.
4. Schedule a post
Open Planning, pick the brand, write the post, choose the networks, attach media and pick a time. If your brand role requires review, the post waits for a reviewer; otherwise it is scheduled and publishes at that time. Home shows what is queued, what needs a decision and anything that failed.
