The calendar

Planning is one calendar per brand showing every scheduled post on every network, with drafts, posts waiting for review, and anything that failed marked as such in words as well as colour. Switch brands from the header.

The composer

  • Write once, then choose the networks. Each network can carry its own variant of the text where its limits or conventions differ.
  • Attach images or video from your device, the brand's media library, or a stock search. Add alt text to images; it is sent with the post on networks that accept it.
  • The composer checks each network's rules as you go — a Pinterest pin needs an image, an Instagram Reel needs a video — and says so beside the network rather than failing later in the queue.
  • Pick a time, or publish now. Times are shown in your own timezone.

Review or publish

Your brand role decides what happens when you press the button. With schedule_and_publish the post is scheduled outright. With schedule_pending_review it waits for someone with review_posts, and you are notified when it is approved, rejected or sent back. Reviewers see what is waiting on the Approvals page.

When a post fails

A post the network refused is marked failed with the network's reason, the brand team is notified, and the link in that notification opens the post in the composer on the right brand so it can be fixed and rescheduled.
