Inside the agency
A post written by someone whose brand role has schedule_pending_review waits for a decision from someone with review_posts on that brand. Reviewers see everything waiting on Approvals, can approve, reject or request changes with a note, and the author is notified. An agency owner without review_posts on the brand cannot approve there — the brand role is what counts.
The client portal
A client reviews without an account. From Approvals, issue a portal link for the brand and send it to the client. The link works for 90 days and can be revoked at any time; the token in it is stored only as a hash, so a copy of our database yields no working link.
In the portal a client can:
- Approve, reject or request changes on each post, or approve or reject everything at once.
- See what is coming up and what was published, with results.
- Send you files — images and video, checked by type and size — which land in a folder the client sees and your library keeps separate from the agency's own media.
Every portal decision is written to the audit log with the portal it came through.
Your own domain
On the Scale plan, portal links are served from a domain you own with your logo and colour, so a client never sees ours. See the white-label guide.
