Brand roles and permissions

The five role presets, every permission they carry, and how to make your own.

Agency owners and admins

Two layers

An agency role says what somebody is to the agency: an owner can do everything including billing and appointing other owners; an admin runs the team and settings but cannot make or unmake an owner; a member has no agency-level powers. A content role (creator, reviewer, publisher) is an optional default for approvals where no brand role applies.

A brand role says what somebody may do on one brand. Every agency starts with the five presets below and owners can create custom roles from the same permission keys. Where a brand role exists it is authoritative: an owner without review_posts on a brand cannot approve there.
