Content Studio
Studio writes a batch of posts in the brand's voice. It reads the brand profile, what the brand has already published, and any reference material you import, then drafts posts for the channels you choose. You review each draft, edit or discard it, and send what you keep to Planning as drafts. Nothing publishes from Studio directly.
The Monthly Plan
The Monthly Plan builds a month of content against the brand's calendar — campaigns, dates that matter, the posting rhythm you set — and lays it out on a board the agency reviews in one pass. Approve the plan and it becomes scheduled drafts on the calendar.
What the AI sees
- Prompts are composed from the brand's own material and what you type; they are sent to the AI provider named on the subprocessors page (OpenAI, or Anthropic where selected).
- Video and audio in the media library can be transcribed so Studio can write from what was said. The transcript is personal data about whoever was recorded and is deleted after 18 months; a brand can turn transcription off.
- Each batch and each paid action is metered against the plan's quota, and the page tells you what is left before you start.
