What is yours
The work — drafts, scheduled posts, campaigns, brand settings, media — belongs to the workspace and stays with it. Data about you as a person — your name, email, sign-in details, notification choices and the record of what you did — is what an access request or a deletion is about.
Exporting your data
A per-person export is produced from the same register that defines what each table holds, with secrets and tokens redacted. Ask for it at the privacy contact below; it is fulfilled by iUtils on receipt and the request is recorded. Reports and analytics can be exported by you at any time as CSV or PDF from the reports page.
Deleting your account
Settings → Profile has Delete account. It asks for your password. Your name, email and sign-in details are removed permanently; posts you scheduled and the record of what was published stay with the workspace with your name taken off them, because they belong to the brand. If you are the only owner of an agency, appoint another owner first — the page refuses otherwise, so a workspace is never left with nobody in charge.
A record proving the erasure happened is kept after everything else about you is gone.
Formal requests
For an access, correction, objection or erasure request under data-protection law, or to ask what is held about someone who never had an account here (a person in a recording, for example), write to [email protected]. Retention periods for every kind of record are printed on the privacy policy.
