Connecting
- Open the brand's Connections and press Connect on TikTok.
- Sign in at TikTok with the brand's account and approve the request.
What the connection does
Publishes video posts with a caption, and reads results for analytics. TikTok is video-only: every TikTok post needs a video attached, and one without cannot publish.
Good to know
- TikTok processes an upload after we hand it over, so a post can show as sent here a little before it appears on the profile.
- Content Studio can draft captions for video you already have in the media library, including from a transcript.
- The daily connection check flags a revoked login; reconnect from the same tile.
