Binding an ad account
In the Ads hub, bind a Meta, Google Ads or LinkedIn ad account to the brand. Binding, and any change that touches spend — creating, pausing, resuming or changing the budget of a campaign — needs the ads permission on the brand. Reading paid results needs only brand membership, so an account manager can see the numbers without being able to move money.
Metrics
Campaign metrics sync nightly and are stored; reports and the client portal read the stored figures. Spend is shown in the account's own currency, and a cap only counts spend billed in its currency. Conversions are counted the way each network reports them — link clicks, video views and engagement are never conversions.
Budgets, pacing and alert rules
- Set a monthly cap per network. Pacing compares spend so far with the share of the cap the elapsed days allow and says overspending, on track or underspending, with a projected month end.
- An alert rule says: when a metric over the last N days is above or below a threshold, notify the brand team or pause a campaign. Rules are evaluated every night after the sync.
- A notify rule alerts at most once a day while it matches. A pause rule pauses the campaign once, then turns itself off until you re-enable it. Pausing is available on Meta and Google Ads; LinkedIn campaigns can be alerted on but not paused from here.
