Connecting
- Open the brand's Connections and press Connect on X.
- Sign in at X with the account that is the brand and authorise the app.
One X account per brand. To post for several accounts, make a brand for each.
What the connection does
Publishes posts with media, reads results for analytics, and brings mentions into the inbox where the listening keywords are matched once a day.
Limits to know about
X's API applies its own posting and read limits to the app as a whole and to each account. A post refused by X is shown as failed with X's reason, and the people who chose to be told about failures get a notification.
